At least, I know that every time I tried to lose weight this is what I heard, but NONE of it ever worked. Five years ago, I finally lost 50 pounds riding my bike and kept it off.
Do you know what the REAL difference-maker was? Riding my bike. Yup. And probably NOT for the reason you are thinking. Not because I was burning a ton of calories. Not because I was building all of these muscles in my legs.
The REAL reason why biking, or really movement in general, is the key to weight loss is because it feels GOOD to find that ONE THING that you LOVE to do.
That one way to move your body that you just WANT to do. That you would gladly do even if it wasn’t a means to lose weight.
