There are SO many reasons why you might not have been riding your bike in a while. Maybe you took some time off the bike or you only ride indoors during the winter months.
Or, perhaps you had an injury that sidelined you for a bit, and couldn’t ride on doctors orders. Perhaps you haven’t felt like it, or you have been moving your body in a different way.
OR, it could be that you just don’t have a bike to ride right now and haven’t ridden since you were a kid! I know that was me for a while too!
